How to order?
Cash
You can pay in cash in the office of the company at Volgograd, Kanunnikova St., 6/1 upon receipt of your order.

Cashless payment for legal entities
To receive an invoice for payment, please contact our managers in any convenient way. You can also send invoicing details to master-mk@internet.ru or specify in the comments when placing an order on the site.
The invoice is issued by the manager within one working day. The invoice must be paid within 30 calendar days.
Upon receipt of the order the original invoice, delivery note and invoice are issued.
Payment by bank card
You can pay for your order by bank plastic card in the office of the company. Accepted for payment:

Payment by bank card can also be made on the site at the time of order placement via Alfa-Click and Sberbank Online internet banking or Yandex.Kassa service.

Return of goods of proper quality
If the goods of proper quality for any reason do not fit, you can immediately return it to the courier, or do it within 14 calendar days after its delivery. Return of goods of proper quality is possible, if its trade dress (factory packaging, seals, labels), completeness and consumer properties are preserved.
Return of goods of improper quality
In some cases, the buyer can return the goods of improper quality and demand a refund within the warranty period (6 months), shelf life or, if such a period is not established, within a reasonable period not exceeding two years. The buyer can also demand the replacement of goods of improper quality or elimination of defects.
In order to make a return, the following documents are required: an application for return with a signature, sales receipt or cash voucher, identity document. In this case, the buyer is compensated for the cost of goods and delivery.

Goods of proper quality with individually defined properties are not subject to exchange and return if the said goods can be used exclusively by the purchaser.
