Return of goods of proper quality
If the goods of proper quality for any reason do not fit, you can immediately return it to the courier, or do it within 14 calendar days after its delivery. Return of goods of proper quality is possible, if its trade dress (factory packaging, seals, labels), completeness and consumer properties are preserved.
Return of goods of improper quality
In some cases, the buyer can return the goods of improper quality and demand a refund within the warranty period (6 months), shelf life or, if such a period is not established, within a reasonable period not exceeding two years. The buyer can also demand the replacement of goods of improper quality or elimination of defects.
In order to make a return, the following documents are required: an application for return with a signature, sales receipt or cash voucher, identity document. In this case, the buyer is compensated for the cost of goods and delivery.
